Cooking method

Cooking time: 40 min

1. Rinse the corn grits several times.

2. Put the washed cereals in a saucepan, pour in water, add salt.

3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

4. Then reduce the heat and cook, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.

5. Add pumpkin puree and sage, continue stirring for 15-20 minutes, until the polenta begins to move away from the walls of the saucepan.

6. Enter the parmesan and butter.

Serve immediately hot.
