Pasta with liver sausage

Cooking method

Cooking time: 35 min

1. Peel and chop the onion.
2. Pour olive oil into a frying pan with a thick bottom, heat over medium heat and add onion, salt. Simmer until the onion is very soft.
3. Then add the sausage, cut into small pieces, and, stirring, bring to readiness for about 5 minutes.
4. Boil the pasta in salted boiling water until "al dente" (when they are ready, but keep the hardness inside). Drain the water from the pasta, leaving a glass of broth.
5. Melt the grated cheese (leave a little to sprinkle the finished dish) in a saucepan over low heat, adding a little broth of pasta (a third of a glass).
6. Mix the cheese mass with sausage and onion and put the finished pasta to them, mix and keep on fire all together for 1-2 minutes. If necessary, add more broth.
7. Serve the dish on the table, sprinkled with grated cheese and freshly ground black pepper.
