Soup with garlic dumplings

Prepare a very tasty dish of Ukrainian cuisine! As many people, so many opinions. The same applies to tastes regarding food. But the soup with dumplings offered today will not leave anyone indifferent. Quite simple to prepare, it conquers with its originality. You can cook it on meat or vegetable broth, and make dumplings with fragrant Italian herbs or garlic, as in today's recipe.

So, we put diced potatoes in boiling water.

Fry small pieces of meat in vegetable oil, then add finely chopped onion and grated carrot. When the ingredients become ruddy, we send them to the broth. We also put the celery cut into pieces there.

In a small deep bowl, mix eggs, crushed garlic and spices. Add flour, salt. Using a wooden spatula, knead the dough to a homogeneous thick consistency.

Now, carefully picking up the dough with a teaspoon, put it in boiling broth. When the dumplings float to the surface, the soup will be ready.

Serve the soup with garlic dumplings on the table, garnished with chopped herbs and seasoned with sour cream.
