Sprouted wheat porridge

Healthy food can be very tasty. Prepare it soon! . My doctor friend recommended me to eat sprouted wheat. At first I added it to salads, but it didn't seem enough and I made porridge. Surprisingly, it turned out delicious. Now the whole family often has breakfast with this porridge, as it is not only healthy, but also delicious.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 18 h 30 min

1. Take the wheat, rinse it thoroughly and soak it in cool water for 8 hours.
2. Rinse again, drain, put in a shallow dish, level and cover with a deep plate on top. In this position, I leave the wheat overnight.
3. White shoots should appear in the morning. If there are none, let the wheat stand still.
4. Mix oat flakes with sprouted wheat.
5. Pour a glass of water, pour the mixture into it. Bring to a boil and leave for 15-20 minutes.
6. Fill the porridge with oil. You can add berries or jam, honey, fruits, chopped nuts - to your taste.
