Duck liver salad

A very simple but amazingly delicious salad! Cook and make your family happy! The salad is cooked very quickly and requires a minimum of effort, and the taste is excellent. Suitable for dinner, and for a festive table, and for gatherings with friends. In general, I advise :)

Cooking method

Cooking time: 25 min

1. Eggs should be boiled and cooled. We clean them, cut them into large strips.
2. We also cut the boiled and completely cooled liver.
3. We cut cucumbers. Try to have all the ingredients cut the same way.
4. Mix eggs, liver and cucumbers, put peas.
5. Add mayonnaise, mix. If necessary, we add salt.
6. Cut the onion into thin rings, decorate the salad with them on top.
