    Prepare the ingredients. The number of ingredients is indicated for a 3L pot.     After 1 hour (or a little earlier, if the beans are already ready) after the beans have been thrown, get the pork bones with a slotted spoon, put them to cool. When the beans are ready, put the potatoes in a saucepan and cook for 15 minutes.

    After cooling, separate the meat from the bones, throw the meat back into the pan.

    Saute onions and carrots in vegetable oil, add tomato sauce, stir, fry for another 1 minute, add to the soup.

    Then add ground black pepper (pepper mixture) and bay leaf, add salt if necessary. After boiling, make a small fire, cover with a lid and cook for 5-7 minutes. Mmmm... Everything is ready for the table!))

Note: When cooking soup on bones / meat after the first boiling, I necessarily drain the water, rinse the meat, pour water and cook until the meat is ready.
Thus, with the first broth, we drain all harmful chemical additives and excess fat from purchased meat.
So cooking broth is recommended in many health-improving diets.
