Spring rolls with shrimp and bell pepper

Delicious, healthy and original appetizer dish. Spring rolls are prepared from quite affordable and simple products. They can be served both to a festive table, and to an everyday dinner or lunch. I tried to cook them with different fillings-meat, fish, vegetables....But the most chosen was the filling with vegetables and shrimp, I love seafood! In addition, spring rolls are incredibly fast and easy to cook.
