Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 20 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

    Cut the beetroot into cubes.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Meat (cold) and cucumber are also diced. Finely chop the onion. Mix everything. You can add boiled celery root, it will be an interesting combination (I would have added it, but I didn't have it).

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

For dressing, mix sour cream, mustard, honey and salt (it tastes better than mayonnaise)). Mix beets with the rest of the ingredients only before use, so that the colors do not mix.

***Serving option on a common dish:

fill everything with sauce except beets, put in a mold, and the beetroot on top so that it does not stain the rest of the ingredients.
***Serving:

we do not fill the salad, we put it in the form, the dressing is nearby, and mix everything immediately before use.
