Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min
Wash the ginger root, peel and grate on a fine grater.
Squeeze the juice from the lemons.
Put a pot of water on the fire.After boiling, reduce the heat to a minimum.Add sugar or honey, ginger, cloves and lemon juice.Bring to a boil and reduce again to a minimum.Boil for about 15 minutes .then add mint leaves.Remove from the heat, cover with a lid and leave to cool overnight.Cool.
Ginger lemonade is ready.
