Very tasty and tender soup, it is prepared easily and quickly. Try it:)

Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry until all the fat is melted. Fried bacon is removed from the saucepan into a plate, we will need it for serving. If there is too much fat, then part of it needs to be drained. Cut the onion and carrot into a small cube and send everything to a saucepan, fry for 2 minutes.
Add diced potatoes, fry for 5 minutes, add salt, pepper, herbs and paprika. Pour 300 ml of broth (the broth should cover the potatoes) and cook until the potatoes are soft (about 10-15 minutes).
Mix the cream with flour and add to the soup. Bring the soup to a boil and cook for 3-4 minutes. We grind the soup with an immersion blender or a combine, pour it into a clean saucepan, if the soup turns out to be too thick, add the broth (we still have 200 ml left, adjust the consistency to your taste). We send the soup to the fire and bring it to a boil.
Ready soup is served with fried bacon, grated cheese and fresh herbs. Bon appetit!
