Dogwood and black currant compote

Bright and cheerful compote - refreshes and invigorates! If desired, you can use this recipe to make only dogwood compote. If there is black currant, compote can be cooked from it without dogwood. We can do it together. For example, I like currant compote. I like to make preparations for the winter. You can find anything in my basement. I also give great preference to compotes. I make them from various fruits and berries. A convenient thing. Open the jar and drink as much as you like. I do not argue if you cook fresh, of course it is more useful, but what to do if there is simply not enough time for everything. Now I will write how I prepare a compote of dogwood and currants.

These two berries are very useful and healing. Therefore, in winter you will find it as soon as possible. We take them, but not overripe, otherwise they will spread out in banks. You can add raspberries to these fruits. The smell will then be even more appetizing.
