Let's fry squid in olive oil for 3-4 minutes. Peel and cut the onion into round pieces, sprinkle with black and red pepper,. Then squeeze out the lemon juice. Here we add fried squid and salt the dish. Then we'll set it aside, let it marinate for 2 hours.
In the meantime, the court and the case, we will wash and dry all the greens. Put olive oil, lemon juice, salt and dill, cilantro, garlic and tabasco in a blender. All this mixture should be beaten until the greens themselves are crushed. Put the shrimp into the resulting mass, mix everything well and let it brew for an hour or two.
Wash and dry, and then cut the tomatoes. The greens, which is exactly half, are cut and also mixed.
We put all this in glasses in layers – tomatoes, mixed greens, shrimp, squid, onions from squid and on until we fill the glasses. Decorate with whatever we want and sprinkle with lemon juice at the end.
