To prepare this quick meal, the eggs must be boiled, and the butter must be removed from the refrigerator. The butter should have time to soften, so that the excess oil does not spoil the taste of the sandwiches in a hurry.
Now you can chop sweet pepper, finely chop cucumber, onion and green onion. When the eggs are hard–boiled, mash them with a fork and mix with onions. Then add mayonnaise or sour cream, pepper and salt to taste. I really liked the slightly peppered sandwiches – hot pepper perfectly sets off the sweetness of pepper and eggs. It turns out a very unusual sandwich.
Now you need to spread the slices of bread with softened butter and put the egg mass on top. Now the sandwiches lack only vegetables, so we spread the stored cucumbers, bell peppers and green onions, add salt and go ahead – surprise the guests with tender sandwiches in a hurry!
