Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 50 min

First of all, I cook all the ingredients: I boil chicken, fry onions and carrots separately, boil hard-boiled eggs, cut champignons into beautiful plates and fry them in butter, and rub hard cheese on a small grater. Nuts are useless in a mortar, for a "Nut fairy tale" I prefer peeled peanuts. For garlic sauce, I mix a large clove of garlic passed through a garlic press and mix it with mayonnaise.

When all the products are ready and cooled down, I take a large salad bowl and start laying everything out in layers, not forgetting to smear each with mayonnaise. First: finely chopped chicken. Second: fried onion. Third: fried mushrooms, which, if desired, are replaced with pickled ones. Fourth: finely grated eggs. Fifth: a dense apple grated with a coarse grater, it is important that it does not turn into a mush too much and does not let too much juice. Sixth: grated cheese. Seventh: fried carrot. Eighth: nutcrumb. I serve it to the table in the same salad bowl after an hour or two, which the salad spends in the refrigerator. I do not decorate with anything, nut crumbs are the best decoration.
