Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 25 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Prepare the necessary products: boil potatoes (in uniform), eggs and carrots. Sprat must be cut into fillets. Rinse and dry the greens. Strain the peas and olives from the liquid.

    Step 6.

Slice a fresh cucumber. I did not remove the skin from the cucumber, but if it is too hard, it is better to peel the cucumber.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Cut the fresh tomato in half and free it from the seed part. It can be used to prepare another dish.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

We will cut only the fleshy walls into the salad, thereby ridding the salad of excess moisture. Part of the tomato can be left to decorate the salad.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Put all the chopped ingredients and peas in a deep bowl, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper and mix well. You have to be careful with salt, because the salad will also include salted olives and salted sprat.

Finely chop the greens, sprinkle the salad, garnish with olives and slices of fresh tomato.

    The tasting was successful))

This simple cooking recipe has been known to me since childhood, it was made by my grandmother. With a few improvements of my own, I want to provide it to you. Sprat will be much tastier if you make a salad out of it. Sprat salad will be a great addition to potato dishes, it goes especially well with mashed potatoes, although it will also be good as a separate meal.
Lettuce is placed in a salad bowl with a slide and decorated with sprat, egg circles, green peas, tomatoes, herbs, olives. The whole dish is ready to eat.
The main thing is that cooking does not take much time, the salad will not only be delicious, but also cheap.
Bon appetit!
