This culinary recipe is a meal that can be classified as a first course. Some Kazakhs call it beshbarmak Soup. Of course, the main ingredient of this dish is lamb meat, which is so revered in the East, and a variety of dishes are prepared from it.
Today we will cook with you a beshbarmak Kazakh recipe together with you. Take the lamb meat. Fill it with cold water. Leave it like this for two hours. Twenty minutes before the end of this period, add carrots and onions to the meat. Cut it into cubes and pepper it. Season meat and vegetables with salt.
Take the flour. Add eggs, a little water, a pinch of salt to it. Knead the steep dough. Put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. Roll out the dough into a thin layer. Cut it into lozenges, the width of which is about 4 centimeters. Boil them in slightly salted water. It takes 5 minutes to do this.
  Remove the lamb from the broth. cut it into pieces and put it back. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve beshbarmak on the table as follows. Put the meat, dough lozenges on a plate, pour the broth and sprinkle with herbs.
