The recipe for making a roll at home is very simple.

Defrost raw salmon, cut into small pieces, add salt, squeeze the juice from a lemon, let it brew for 3 hours.

Now let's cook rice. To do this, put it in a colander and rinse thoroughly with water. Now we leave the rice in a colander for about 40-50 minutes, so that it dries a little. After an hour, put the rice in a saucepan, fill it with water, close the lid and bring to a boil over medium heat. Next, make the fire minimal and cook for about 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and keep the cooked rice in a saucepan with the lid closed for 15 minutes. Open the container and mix the rice with light movements from the bottom up so that it becomes lush. Then we put a clean waffle towel under the lid of the pan, this is necessary so that it takes away excess moisture.

When all the ingredients are ready, you can start the process of making the roll. We put a sheet of noria on the mat, spread the rice with a spoon on half a sheet of noria, the layer should be thin. Then we spread salmon on a layer of rice, you can add cucumber for taste.

Now the most difficult procedure, we take the upper edge of the mat together with a sheet of noria and wrap it tightly inside. We get a dense sausage. We do the same with the others.

It remains to cut the roll into pieces, eaten with soy sauce. Enjoy your meal.
