This cooking recipe is great for losing weight moms and their kids. It's light, delicious and terribly healthy.
So, we take any sea fish, preferably fat. Personally, I prefer sea tongue or salmon in briquettes. Fill it with water and cook until ready, this is about half an hour after boiling. Cut the potatoes into small cubes, add to the broth, when it boils, salt. After about 10-15 minutes, add finely chopped and filled with tears (this is not necessary) onions, grated carrots, chopped cabbage. Drain the brine from the corn jar, and add the corn to the soup. If you have a Peking cabbage, then after 5 minutes you can add herbs, add salt to taste and turn it off. If the usual white, wait for 12-15 minutes. You can cut cabbage into checkers, in the sense of cubes, then it will cook faster and will not hang from the spoon, which greatly facilitates the process of eating soup for a small child. That's all, in fact: the soup of sea fish with corn is ready for use.
