Pork dumplings stuffed with boiled meat

Just really delicious dumplings! We strongly recommend it! This is a great option for housewives who, for some reason, do not have a meat grinder or blender right now, and they want to cook homemade dumplings no matter what. This is a variant of dumplings not in the classic version - with minced meat, but from a whole piece of meat finely chopped in a blender or by hand. Additional ingredients allow "to glue " chopped meat fibers with fried onions and seasonings, to wrap them in rolls in portions and, when serving, to be surprised at the stuffing not from minced meat, but pieces of fragrant whole meat.
