Cooking method

1. We put the starch noodles in boiling, salted water, cook according to the instructions on the package. Once the noodles are cooked, rinse with running cold water, and drain the excess liquid. We transfer it to a large dish.
2. Cut cucumbers into thin strips and add to noodles.
3. Peel and grate the carrots on a grater for Korean carrots. Heat up the frying pan, pour vegetable oil and fry the grated carrots.
4. In the frying pan, add the ham, cut into cubes, fry a little with carrots and transfer to a dish.
5. Season the salad with soy sauce, add chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients well.
