Capercaillie's nest salad with cabbage

Prepare a salad quickly and deliciously according to a unique recipe! Last weekend, the salad "Capercaillie's nest" turned out in this interpretation. Cabbage brought a zest to the traditional recipe, which was usually implemented in slightly different variations.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 10 min

1. First of all, boil the eggs.
2. Heat a frying pan with oil and fry the mushrooms and onions cut into strips with the addition of salt. When ready, we remove them from the stove so that they cool down.
3. Cut cheese, chicken and Peking cabbage into strips. We also do this with an apple and sprinkle it with lemon juice. Part of the cheese, chicken, cabbage straws are put aside.
4. We combine all the ingredients in a convenient container, add mayonnaise and mix.
5. We spread the salad on the dish in the form of a nest. Left cabbage, chicken fillet and cheese decorate the edges of the salad.
6. Spread the middle with chopped almonds, and put quail eggs on top.
