Autumn minestrone

Do you want to add a little Italy to your kitchen? With this soup, it's easy! Minestrone - that is, "big soup", soup with lots of ingredients. The idea of minestrone is that this soup should accurately reflect what is currently on your market or in the garden in a particular season. This is a universal dish, and there is no strict recipe for it. What's good about minestrone is that in summer it turns out light and is prepared from the freshest vegetables, and in winter it is made more satisfying by adding potatoes, mushrooms, pasta or beans. Add whatever you like – that's the point of cooking and specifically minestrone soup. Today I got a rich, fragrant, autumn minestrone, spicy and very tasty! Such a peculiar basket of autumn vegetables))
