Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h
Cut the ribs, put them in a saucepan and boil (not forgetting to remove the foam).
In a frying pan we make toasting from onions, garlic, carrots. When the vegetables are fried, add the peeled and chopped tomatoes and a little broth. Simmer for 10 minutes. Pour the broth with ribs into pots.
In each pot, add potatoes, peeled and cut in half, 1-2 tablespoons of pre–soaked rice, chopped pickled cucumber, bay leaf, spices and toasting. We put the pots in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes – until the potatoes are ready.
Do not forget to remove the bay leaf from the meat soup in the pot so that it does not taste bitter.
