For dumplings made of flour, water, eggs and salt, knead the dough, roll it into a ball, cover with wet gauze and soak for half an hour. For minced beef and pork, we pass through a meat grinder, add the mashed onion. All this is salted, peppered and thoroughly mixed. Then we roll out the prepared dough and make dumplings from it, based on 10-12 pieces per serving. Cook the dumplings in boiling broth for 7-8 minutes over low heat. Put the finished dumplings in a plate, add the broth in which they were cooked, and decorate the dish with dill. Dumpling soup is ready, bon appetit!
