So, first soak the peas in water so that they swell. Leave it in a container of water for a few hours. During this time, cut the beef. It is best to do this with cubes. Fill them with hot water and bring it to a boil. Put the swollen peas to the meat, add salt to the water and cook over low heat for about half an hour. At this time, peel, wash and chop carrots, potatoes and onions. Add them to the meat and peas. Cook the soup for another 10 minutes.
To make noodles, you need to take eggs and flour. Add a little water and salt to them. Knead the dough. It should be cool. Set it aside for half an hour. Then roll it very thinly into a layer. Cut into thin strips. Dry them a little. Put the noodles in the broth after it boils. Cook the noodles for about 10-15 minutes. Before serving the soup on the table, be sure to sprinkle it with herbs.
