Extremely easy to prepare delicious and healthy porridge! Try it! When my husband needed to go on a strict diet, I had to seriously adjust our family menu. Now in the morning I try to serve porridge on the table. You have to fantasize every day! And then one day I remembered a favorite dish of my childhood - a long-forgotten recipe for buckwheat porridge with milk.
