Flagella

Will definitely appeal to all lovers of spicy! I really like to preserve various salads for the winter. I am especially attracted to culinary recipes where there is a lot of hot pepper. A few years ago I read in an old newspaper a recipe called "Burning". I cook according to the principle that can be formulated as follows: read – cook – try – like – cook more. In general, food for me is not a cult and not an opportunity to lose weight, it should bring joy and pleasure, both during cooking and during absorption.

So, first of all, we clean what needs to be cleaned, and wash what needs to be washed. We pass vegetables, except hot pepper and garlic, through a meat grinder. We heat up the vegetable oil very strongly and carefully pour it into the prepared vegetables. We put it on fire. Cook, stirring occasionally, the main thing is not to burn. After 40 minutes, after the start of cooking, add salt and sugar. When they dissolve, add chopped garlic and finely chopped hot pepper. Cook for another 15 minutes. We put it hot in sterilized jars and roll it up.
It is better to eat this salad with meat dishes – it gives sharpness even to familiar dishes.
