To begin with, we pour either chicken broth or ordinary water into a small saucepan, add here: green peas (I cooked with canned peas, I really liked it) – about 4/5 of its entire mass; finely chopped green onions and lettuce leaves, salt, pepper to taste – and, giving boil, turn down the heat, cook for about 30 minutes. After carefully draining the broth through a colander, peas with onions and lettuce are rubbed through a sieve to make a puree. We introduce butter into the mass and send it back to the broth. Pour in the remaining green peas. We put it on low heat for another five minutes. That's it, our soup can be poured on plates.
