This drink is good to drink in the cold season. Mulled wine warms well, and also helps with colds. And the process of making mulled wine is very exciting and suitable for quiet family evenings. I want to offer a very easy culinary recipe for making a hot alcoholic drink using a special seasoning that is sold in supermarkets. It combines all kinds of spices in the right proportions, so you won't have the opportunity to overdo anything and spoil 2 liters of wine))
It is also necessary to remember that wine for mulled wine can and should be taken cheap! This recipe will allow you to make a delicious drink out of it. And to cook mulled wine from expensive wines… Somewhat unwise, perhaps.
So, pour the wine into a saucepan and put it on a slow fire. Peel the apples and tangerines, cut quite large. We do not throw away the zest. Squeeze the juice of tangerines into the wine and throw the squeezed part and apples into a saucepan. Pour out the seasoning. I would advise not to empty the bag until the end. I also add whole cinnamon, because I love it very much. It's really for your taste. We heat the wine, stir it, but in no case bring it to a boil!! Pour into cups for tea and warm up :)
