This divine and absolutely unique-tasting food will not leave anyone indifferent!
So, the basis of dumplings is cottage cheese. Grind it through a sieve, you can add a little vanilla for a fragrant smell. Take 4 cooked eggs, beat them thoroughly. Butter should be at room temperature. mix cottage cheese, butter and eggs, add sugar and 2-3 tablespoons of crackers. Next, divide the mass into exactly 24 tortillas :) In fact, as it turns out, of course!
Next, we take my strawberries, peel them. We pour a little flour on the board. We put a strawberry filling in the middle of each of the 24 tortillas and roll up neat little balls.
Beat the remaining fifth egg in a separate bowl. Then, using a spoon, dip the curd balls into the egg mixture and breaded in breadcrumbs. Then our 24 balls are sent to the refrigerator. Meanwhile, we put the water, bring it to a boil and add 1 tbsp.a spoonful of sugar and mint. We take the dumplings out of the refrigerator and gently lower them into boiling water. Dumplings are ready when they float to the surface)
I advise you to serve ready dumplings with a sauce of sour cream, strawberries and sugar.
