Wash your lungs, put them in a deep container. Now the lungs need to be soaked, I do it this way: I fill them with water, cover them with a plate of a suitable diameter on top and put a load (say, a jar of water). We soak the lungs in this way for an hour and a half.

Put the lungs in a saucepan, pour clean water and cook until ready (an hour and a half).

Cut the finished lungs into medium-sized pieces, put them in a deep bowl. Pour the pieces of light soy sauce, add salt and ground black pepper, squeeze garlic through the press. Marinate the lungs in this way for 20 minutes.

Preheat the frying pan with vegetable oil. Dip the pieces of the lung in flour and put them in a frying pan, fry until browned.
