Canapes with fried meat

Interesting canapé recipe, which uses slices of fried meat. Perfectly balanced taste of grilled meat, tomatoes and mint.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 10 min
Cut the meat into thin small pieces. Salt, add spices to taste and fry on both sides in a frying pan.
Cut the tomato into circles or thin slices.
Wrap a sliced tomato in a piece of fried meat, put a mint leaf and an olive on top. We pierce everything together with a skewer.
If you don't like the taste of mint, you can replace it with any greens to taste.
