First we cut the sausages into two parts lengthwise, then on one side we cut them along the entire length.

With a toothpick, we chip off both ends of each sausage, put it on a frying pan heated with butter, lightly fry it and drive a quail egg into the center.

As soon as the egg is fried, carefully remove the fried sausages from the pan, put them on plates, decorate with cucumber and dill leaves.
