Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

1. Boil the rice half-cooked. Drain the water.

2. Finely chop the bacon. Peel and finely chop the ginger and garlic. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.

3. Beat the eggs lightly with a fork.

4. Heat the peanut butter in a frying pan, pour out the beaten eggs. Fry, stirring, for 1-2 minutes. Transfer the eggs to a plate.

5. In the same pan, put the onion, garlic and ginger, add salt and sugar. If desired, add chopped chili rings. Mix it up. Fry the onion until golden.

6. Put the bacon and eggs in a frying pan. Pour in the soy sauce. Stir, fry for 1 minute.

7. Put the boiled rice, mix.

8. Chop the leeks finely and add to the rice.

9. Pour in the wine. Mix everything well and fry with continuous stirring for 3-4 minutes.
