First prepare the sauce.
Heat the butter in a frying pan, add the onion and fry it. Then, add the tomatoes and simmer them for a couple of minutes. Next, add the chopped basil, cover the pan with a lid and simmer for another 7-8 minutes.
Add vinegar, sugar, water, salt and pepper to the sauce. Let's put it out for another 2-3 minutes. Then, remove the pan from the heat and let the sauce cool. Next, it needs to be mixed in a blender or simply passed through a meat grinder.
Now let's do the stuffing. Add finely chopped onion, herbs and garlic to it. Minced meat should be salted, pepper and knead well. Then we will mold small round meatballs from the minced meat.
Put a frying pan on the stove, add oil. When the oil warms up, carefully put the meatballs there. Fry them on all sides. When the meatballs are ready, put them on a platter, and pour the sauce into the pan and boil it, stirring.
Then pour the sauce into the sauce pan and we can serve everything on the table. Fried meatballs with tomato sauce are ready. Here is such an interesting Italian culinary recipe.
