Eggs are large, preferably homemade, in extreme cases, such eggs are not only large, but also have a bright yolk, which will give the finished dish a pleasant golden color.

    Pancakes are fried in a frying pan without oil, but for the first portion, the pan can be greased with a brush with a drop of vegetable oil. Heat the pan well. Pour a little dough with a spoon, fry for 2-3 minutes until the pancake is all in the hole.
