Very tasty, from simple products, for a hearty breakfast! Club sandwich with chicken is easy and simple to cook. It saturates well and looks quite festive. You can cook it at least every day, changing the composition of products and sauces.

    How to make a chicken sandwich club? Prepare all the products you will need for the sandwich. Rinse the chicken breast and dry it with napkins. Instead of ham, it is permissible to take thinly sliced salami, sausage or even smoked brisket. If possible, use red onion, it looks very appetizing in a ready-made sandwich, besides it has a milder taste unlike onions.

    Season the chicken breast with salt on both sides and pepper with ground peppers.

    Preheat the grill pan, pour quite a bit of vegetable oil (literally 1-2 tsp.) and fry the breast on medium flame on both sides until cooked and golden brown. It may take you from 10 to 15 minutes.

    Remove the finished brisket from the pan and cool.

    Meanwhile, prepare all the other ingredients. In a deep small container, mix mustard and mayonnaise. Peel the onion. Wash the tomato, onion and iceberg, and then dry it. Instead of an iceberg, you can take leaves of romano, spinach, lettuce or frisse.

    Pick lettuce leaves arbitrarily not very finely. Cut the onion and tomato into thin rings.

    Cut the breast at an angle into portions about 0.5 cm thick .

    Toast the bread in a dry grill pan on both sides.

    Grease the bread with a small amount of sauce.

    Put lettuce leaves and chicken breast on top.

    Then lay the onion rings.

    Put another piece of bread on top and cover with sauce again.

    Next comes a layer with ham (or sausage).

    Put the lettuce leaves on the cheese. Grease the remaining bread with sauce.

    Cover the lettuce leaves with a piece of bread with the greased side down.

    Lightly press the resulting sandwiches.

    Cut the finished sandwiches into triangles with a sharp thin knife.

Sandwich club can be taken with you on a picnic or on the road. To do this, wrap each triangle in foil, so the sandwiches will retain their shape for a long time.

Chicken can be replaced with turkey or any other type of meat at your request. But keep in mind that in this case, the cooking time and calorie content of the dish will change.
