Knead the dough on kefir. To do this, pour it into a bowl, add soda, leave for a couple of minutes so that the reaction takes place. In a deep bowl, sift flour, pour kefir with soda, add salt. Knead the plastic and soft dough, let it lie for 10-15 minutes, covered with a napkin.

Meanwhile, rub the cheese on a grater, add finely chopped greens to it, taste it and, if necessary, add salt.

Divide the dough into 6 equal parts. From each part, we form a tortilla by hand, slightly pressing down on the table, dusted with flour. Wrap 2 tablespoons of filling in each tortilla, pinch the edges. After rolling out into a thin layer. In order not to damage the dough, it is better to immediately shape it with your hands and only then roll it out with a rolling pin. We do this very carefully so as not to tear the dough.

Fry the hychines on both sides in a dry hot frying pan. Roasting each side will take about 3 minutes of time. We lubricate the finished ones with butter.

While the hychines are cooling down, prepare the sauce: put the yogurt in a saucepan, squeeze the garlic through a press, add finely chopped greens. Mix it up.

We serve tortillas with sauce on the table and treat our relatives.
