Cooking method

Cooking time: 40 min

1. To make the pepper on the fire especially tasty, you need to choose high-quality fruits. Pepper can be taken multicolored - so the dish will be more fun and brighter. Of course, preference should be given to fleshy fruits.

2. The selected pepper is washed under running water. If the fruits are large, we cut them in half, extract the core with seeds. Medium fruits and those that are smaller can be left whole.

3. We place the vegetables on the grill. We install the grill on the grill. It is important here that hot coals have already been prepared in the grill, but in no case a flame of fire!

4. Fry the pepper for about 3-5 minutes on each side until it is ready. If there are different varieties available, they can be prepared in different ways: some are faster, others take longer. Here you need to carefully monitor the process and remove softer and more tender fruits in time.

5. Prepare the dressing for the pepper. Pour lemon juice and soy sauce into a small bowl. We also add olive oil here. Mix it up. If desired, chopped garlic can also be added to the dressing.

6. Pour the dressing over the still warm vegetables, leave them for a couple of minutes so that they are soaked in the sauce.

It is advisable not to replace olive oil with any other vegetable oil, since olive oil is the most suitable. Vegetarians will be especially happy with such a dish, but convinced meat eaters will also not refuse a portion or two of steaming fragrant pepper!

Bon appetit! Eat healthily and with pleasure! Have a good and productive outdoor recreation!
