To make this delicious pie, you need to mix a glass of blueberry jam (you can take any) with a teaspoon of soda (without the top). Leave this mixture for 5 minutes - it will begin to turn white and increase in volume.

Add a glass of sugar, a bag of vanilla sugar, half a cup of vegetable oil (can be replaced with butter) and 2 eggs. Mix the mass well with a whisk or a spatula and add 2 cups of sifted flour to it. Mix again and transfer to a greased pie pan.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. We check the readiness with a toothpick - if it comes out of the pie dry, then it is ready.
