Delicious and healthy oriental homemade bread! No yeast! We love thin pita bread very much - we eat it with both the first and second courses. And we especially like to wrap various fillings in it - vegetables, meat, and their mixture with various sauces. Very tasty! We used to buy pita bread in the store, and now we cook it ourselves. It turned out to be much easier than it seemed, and the products for such pita bread need very simple, which are always at hand.

Cooking such pita bread is not difficult at all. What you need to do is this:

1. Add salt, oil, and hot water to the sifted flour.
2. Knead the dough well and put it in a bag for 20 minutes so that the dough rests.
3. Roll out thin tortillas of suitable size and fry on dry
pan on both sides for about a minute.
4. Hot lavash must be moistened with water and covered with towels.

You can serve it to the table with various dishes, as well as wrap interesting fillings in it. It is delicious even by itself, for example, with milk or kefir. Bon appetit!
