    Fry onions with mushrooms in a preheated frying pan with oil. We put them in a bowl for a while.

    Put the chicken pieces on the same pan. Fry when necessary - turn over to the other side. Do not over-dry.

    We also put the chicken on a plate.

    Put butter in a frying pan, pour out the remaining flour, fry the flour until nutty. In the process, add mustard. We spread mushrooms, onions and chicken to the mixture (the French call it roux).

    Add sour cream and cream, warm up well and serve to the table. When serving, you can sprinkle with herbs or ground black pepper. Or you can grate a piece of parmesan...

You can cook spaghetti (or other pasta) for such a dish. For 1 serving, you will need 100 g of spaghetti, a liter of boiling water with 1 tsp of salt and 1 tbsp of oil. We cook according to the instructions on the package, because the cooking time depends on the type of flour from which the pasta is made.
