Traditional for the Chinese, but unusual for us, this sauce is perfect for rice. It is quite possible to surprise guests with it at a friendly party or arrange a small gastronomic holiday for their relatives.

In China, it is believed that black beans have healing properties. It is difficult to say whether this is really the case, but absolutely for sure - black beans have an excellent taste!

Cooking sauce is easy! First of all, we clean the garlic cloves and finely chop them with a sharp knife. It is not recommended to squeeze garlic through a press or grate it on a fine grater to prepare the sauce according to this recipe, as it can burn during frying.

We put a large deep frying pan on high heat, spread the black beans and fry them in a dry frying pan (without oil) for 1-2 minutes, then remove from the heat. It is necessary that the excess liquid evaporates.

Pour vegetable oil into another frying pan, spread garlic, fry it, stirring, for 1 minute (until the aroma appears). After we spread the black beans, mix everything and cook for 8 minutes. In the process, do not forget to interfere.

Add the roasted peanuts and sesame seeds, chili pepper, spices, mix everything well. Pour sugar, pour soy sauce, mix, wait another half minute and remove from heat.

Transfer the sauce to an airtight glass container and leave for 1-2 days. During this time, all the ingredients will combine and the sauce will become especially fragrant and delicious.

The sauce can be stored for a long time in an airtight container - several months.
