    Mix the mixture well to make the dough slightly thicker than condensed milk. Add black pepper, asafoetida, salt and sugar. Mix the batter well again. Add soda to the batter immediately before roasting the fish, so that the soda does not react with kefir ahead of time.

    Cut the cheese into cubes. To do this, first cut the cheese head across in half. And then cut each of the two halves half a centimeter thick. As in the photo below.

    Cut nori sheets in half with scissors. Adyghe cheese will be wrapped in them.

    Mix soy sauce with water in a separate container. It will be needed to wet the nori leaf so that it does not break when twisting. But if you don't use soy sauce, you can only use water.

    Lubricate the half of the nori leaf with a solution of soy sauce, put a piece of cheese in it and wrap it in nori, twisting until the end. Soy sauce will give the vegetarian fish a special taste.

    So wrap all the bars of Adyghe cheese in nori.

    Put the frying pan to heat over medium heat, adding olive oil (or other vegetable oil). Dip cheese and nori rolls in batter and send them to fry in a frying pan.

    When the pieces of vegetarian fish are fried on one side, they need to be turned over and fried on the other side (1-2 minutes per side). Your vegetarian fried fish is ready! It is good both hot and cold!
