Vegetables wok with noodles, mushrooms and shrimp

Try a Thai dish! A great option for dinner! Vegetables wok with noodles can be served for dinner. The dish is complemented with mushrooms and shrimp. The recipe uses purchased champignons and peeled shrimp. Also regarding noodles: rice noodles are not cooked on fire like the usual wheat flour noodles. It is steamed with boiling water, and then the water is drained. Although rice noodles can be replaced with the usual durum wheat. But it is still recommended to cook exactly the original dish, without adding or adding anything, in order to feel the true taste.

This dish is prepared with rice noodles. But this is not a prerequisite. This noodles can be replaced with any other noodles at your discretion. Only you need to cook it already according to the instructions on the package.

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients:

- defrost the peeled shrimp;

- my champignons, cut into thin plates;

- peel the onion, cut into half rings;

- jalapeno pepper is washed under running water, cut into circles directly with seeds;

- peel the carrots, wash them, grate them;

- peel the garlic from the husk, pass it through the press;

- basil leaves are washed, dried, cut into strips;

- cherry tomatoes are mine, cut each in half.

2. Pour water into a saucepan (2 liters will be enough), send it to the fire. Bring the water to a boil.

3. Then we turn off the fire, put rice noodles in it. Leave for 8-10 minutes. Then drain the water, throw the noodles into a colander.

4. Pour lemon juice into a bowl. Here we pour sugar and add teriyaki sauce. Mix it up.

5. Pour vegetable oil into a wok frying pan, send it to the fire. Spread the mushrooms and onions, cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

6. Then add jalapeno, carrots, garlic and basil, do not forget to stir. After 30 seconds, you can add shrimp.

7. Cook the shrimp for about 3-4 minutes until they change color. Pour the ingredients with the previously prepared sauce.

8. Then we put the finished rice noodles in the wok. Stir, remove from heat.

9. We complement the ready-made dish with chopped cherry tomatoes.
