Puff lazy cabbage rolls

The laziest cabbage rolls! They have the appearance of a casserole, and the taste is incomparable. An unusual way to cook lazy cabbage rolls is to bake them in layers. When serving, cut into slices of cake and serve with sour cream.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 50 min

1. Finely chop the cabbage, add chopped garlic and a little salt to it. Remember the cabbage until it becomes soft.
2. Add boiled rice, garlic, passed through a press to the minced chicken. Add your favorite spices and salt, mix well.
3. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the onion thinly, fry the vegetables for 5 minutes on a small amount of oil. Add sour cream and tomato paste, a little water and salt to them, simmer in a frying pan for another 3-4 minutes.
4. In a baking dish, lay out layers of cabbage, minced meat, fried vegetables. Bake for 30 – 35 minutes at t = 180C. If the vegetables start to dry on top, cover the mold with foil.
