Turkish Berek or Albanian Burek

Don't be afraid of the exhaust dough, it's interesting and useful. Thin unleavened extract dough is prepared very simply, it does not need to be rolled out. Try it and everything will work out. This pie, Turkish Berek or Albanian Burek, is made with salted cottage cheese, meat, cheese, spinach, etc. I decided to try it with pumpkin and potatoes.
