Cooking method

1. Divide the dough into three equal parts, roll into balls, lightly dust with flour so that the dough does not dry out. 

2. One of the balls is rolled out on the work surface, the diameter of the tortilla should correspond to the diameter of the frying pan.

3. Spread the tortilla on a well-heated dry frying pan (without adding oil), fry on high heat. When the edges of the tortilla brighten, lift it with a spatula, if it is browned, you can turn it to the other side and fry until it blushes.

4. After removing each tortilla from the pan, we put it on a dish and cover it with a towel. You can also put ready-made tortillas in a cellophane bag, this will not allow them to dry out.
