Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 30 min

1. Pour kefir into a bowl, pour soda, leave for 15 minutes, then pour sunflower oil, mix, sift flour, knead elastic dough, send it to the refrigerator for an hour.

2. Meanwhile, boil the chicken fillet until tender in lightly salted water, then chop with a knife, put it in a bowl, salt, pepper to taste, mix.

2. Cut mozzarella into small cubes, bacon into thin long plates.

4. After the specified time, we divide the dough into identical pieces, from each piece we form a tortilla.

5. In the center of the tortilla we spread the chicken, a mozzarella cube, lift and connect the edges. The resulting ball is wrapped with a strip of bacon and secured with a wooden skewer.

6. We heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or in other thick-walled dishes, fry the blanks in it until a beautiful golden color.

7. We spread the bombs on a paper towel so that the excess oil is absorbed, remove the skewers.

We serve it on the table in a warm form.
