Try to cook a famous French delicacy yourself! I saw a package of frozen frog legs in the supermarket and wanted to try them. And a suitable recipe was found - I wanted to cook them exactly the way they are cooked in France. It turned out delicious - very tender meat. I suggest you try this unusual dish.

1. Put the frog legs in a bowl, add salt and pepper.
2. Add thyme, saffron, garlic.
3. Pour lemon juice.
4. Pour white wine.
5. Mix everything and leave the paws to stand in the marinade for 30-40 minutes.

7. Roll the paws in corn flour and put them in oil to fry.
8. Fry the paws on both sides until an appetizing golden crust.
